I have been taking my three dogs to BOVC for the last three years and have only had exceptional service and treatment for all of them. The vets are great, the vet helpers are gentle and kind with them, the frontline staff are warm, friendly and always helpful, and now I am relocating them back home to South Africa and Jenny the relocation specialist has been amazing, very professional and guides me every step of the way. Lastly I sent them all for grooming today at BOVC and they came back with the exact haircuts I had asked for and again excellent work by the groomer who also called me to be certain. They provide a collection and delivery service for grooming and the young man who collected and dropped them was wonderful, kind, friendly and polite and great with my babies. The owner Dr Wolf also gives residents in my community discounts for charity work we do with stray and abandoned animals. I could not recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for the best vet practice in the country this is the place to go, the best all round experience from ALL staff without exception
